Shipping

We ship fruit to all US states except Hawaii and California. For shipments to Alaska please call us at 800.428.4425 for details and pricing. We only ship to the Canadian Provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

Most shipments to the US and Canada are shipped via UPS. Please make sure all of the addresses are correct and are physical addresses, NO post office boxes accepted. We attempt to schedule the time of shipment to arrive at its destination without being held over the weekend. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of your shipment. Please allow 2-4 business days for eastern US, 3-6 business days for Midwest US and Canada, and 5-7 business days to the Far West states for arrival. 

If you wish your package to arrive for a special occasion, indicate the date and occasion in the comment box at checkout. We will do our very best to get it there as close to the date as possible.

Our Guarantee

Every package you order from Loveland Groves has a written guarantee enclosed. Your gift recipient is encouraged to write us if they are not fully satisfied with the condition of their shipment. A satisfactory adjustment will be made promptly upon receipt of written notice. We cannot guarantee delivery unless your recipient addresses are complete and correct.
